My origins and family: Native of Peru and Columbia in South America.
Looking good! Large green heart shaped leaves resemble the look of a raindrop and I am fairly compact growing to 30 – 40 cms.
I thrive best when I’m...
Inside: Bright area in indirect sunlight and can tolerate morning sun if placed in a patio area.
Outside: Resilient enough to handle some cold and drought conditions.
Like: Similar conditions to my native land, humid and moist with temperatures between 18 – 30 degrees.
Dislike: Poor potting media – please use good quality with the addition of coir husk, so I can hold onto moisture.
Ideas: With my cute name and easy-going nature I would be an ideal starter plant for a child to look after and am ideal for any plant lover with limited space.
Pot size: 120mm (Ceramic Pot not incl)
Brightness: Prefers medium to bright indirect light, but can tolerate
Air purifying: Yes
Plant size: up to 40cms
