DELIVERY

How much is the delivery cost?

$10 flat rate for all plant care products (Australia wide)

Do you have a Bricks and Mortar store?

We currently operate from our warehouse, which is not open to the public. However, you can find our products at various stockists. For availability, we recommend contacting your nearest stockist directly. Additionally, you can purchase our items online or visit us at one of the markets we attend.

Do stockists carry the full range of products?

While many of our stockists carry a wide selection of our products, availability can vary by location. We recommend contacting your local stockist directly to enquire about specific items. For the full range of our products, you can always shop on our official website.

When will my order be sent?

All plant care products will be dispatched for delivery within 24-48 hours of order being placed between Mon-Friday.

All Perth metro deliveries will be delivered between Mon – Fri and will be delivered  between 1- 3 days of order being placed.

Who will deliver my order?

We deliver ourselves and also use other carriers such Australia Post and Star Track.  We will decide who will be used based on the size and location of the order.  Please note: Once the order has be collected by the selected carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of The Home Plant Co. Please check out our T&C’s for more info.

Can you offer plant advice?
