Refund policy

Here at The Home Plant Co, our customers are important, and we want you to know that we care.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  On the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged during delivery, please email us at hello@thehomeplantco.com.au with your photos and within 48hrs of your delivery.  Once we receive your email, we will do our very best to help you find a solution.   

Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For any returns, return postage is paid by the buyer, unless the product is deemed damaged, then return postage will be organised by The Home Plant Co.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
